Cancelation & refund policy

 All tours are non-refundable if cancelled by clients within 14 days of the tour date.  Cancellations must be notified in writing. Please note the client may also incur cancellation fees in respect of any third party suppliers already booked by Lanzarote Outdoors S.L relating to the particular booking in question.

Clients shall automatically receive a full refund on the credit or debit card used to purchase such tour.  Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit card to post to the credit or debit card account.

No refunds will be made to a client who fails to show up for a tour departure at the designated time and place, or who leaves, or otherwise does not use all the services scheduled to be provided by Lanzarote Outdoors S.L.

If you are on a cruise and the ship cannot dock for whatever reason, meaning that your pick-up time is missed, a full refund will be issued.  Under these circumstances please contact us as soon as possible to advise.

When processing any cancellation refunds any changes in the prevailing foreign exchange rate since the booking date will be at the cost of the client.


Gift Vouchers

Before purchasing a gift voucher, please ensure that the tour you are buying the voucher for is departing while the recipient is on the Island.  With regards to our schedule if you are unsure then please email us.  Remember our tours only operate with 8 people in a group so they do sell out.  Please remind the recipient to reserve their seat with us as soon as possible.


Changing a booking

We will make every effort to arrange any changes you request after the booking has been confirmed; however any changes to dates or times are subject to availability and may incur an administration charge of Eur 10 per person.


Cancellation by Wine Tours Lanzarote

In the unlikely event of a tour being cancelled by Lanzarote Outdoors S.L. for any reason, we will make every effort to reschedule the tour and if not possible we will offer a tour credit or offer a full refund.

We need a minimum of 4 guests to run the Craft Beer Tour.  If we have insufficient numbers we will let you know the day before and issue a refund.


Minimum Age:

Our tour is not suitable for children under 12 years of age and alcohol will not be served to clients under 18 years of age.



Lanzarote Outdoors S.L. holds public liability insurance. We also strongly recommend that our overseas clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance.


Touring Code of Conduct:

Intoxicated persons will not be allowed on the bus prior to tours. Lanzarote Outdoors S.L. will not be liable for any expense incurred by the passengers should this occur. Disruptive drunken behaviour will not be tolerated and persons acting so to other passengers and to staff may be asked to leave the tour and return to their accommodation at their own expense. Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted on our vehicles or at wineries.


General Terms And Conditions:

Tours will leave at times stated on itineraries, we will try and wait for “latecomers” within reason but we accept no responsibility for passengers failing to be at designated pick up points at designated times.

Lanzarote Outdoors S.L. reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary without notice.


Updating of Terms and Conditions:
